When a user has been with us for a significant amount of time (annual, etc.) it would be nice to send them a subtle reminder of how long they've depended on us, along with a small perk, a la the MOO-versary campaign. Maybe an opportunity to offer a Free upgrade to Pro for 3mos, etc.

"After a whole year together, we're happy you still rely on us to help your team sing. Enjoy a free upgrade to Pro for three months and see what new capabilities you can unlock this quarter!"
