Description
Example hub_spoke_common is broken from additional file (spokes.tf) which was not needed. Public IPs also needed to be added to the VM-Series untrust interfaces to provide outbound internet access.
Motivation and Context
No open issue. Build is fixed with this branch.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested by running build in test Google Cloud project.
