Including the sub-packages (or rather extensions) like UnitfulAstro or the UnitfulUs so it can be imported from Unitful perhaps as such

using Unitful.astro

or similar would be very beneficial instead of having to install all packages manually.

If this is already included, I couldn't find it in the documentation
