进行gpu编译的时候，报错这个文件不存在，http://paddle-inference-lib.bj.bcebos.com/2.2.2/cxx_c/Linux/GPU//paddle_inference.tgz

改了repo的代码，把地址修改了
编译过程中出现了新的问题：
'FLOAT16' is not a member of 'paddle::PaddleDType'
