Feature request for a kids podcast, where outgoing links are problematic.

Add a query param that disables the overlay-on-pause, so we're not linking out to the google/apple app stores
Also a query param to disable the 3 buttons in the lower-right (download/rss/builder). Maybe combine with the above query param, to some sort of "no-links" mode? Not sure if we'd ever want to separate the two.
Also add to the builder
