In the PLCnext Engineer project included in this repo, some Method calls show the incorrect FB instance name:

This appears to be a bug in PLCnext Engineer, and seems to be only cosmetic - the project still runs fine.

Correction: In the above, it is not the instance name that is wrong, it is the name of the FB itself.
