此后端不再使用，实际后端为https://github.com/PKUOSC/SyncController
包含同步镜像所需的各种脚本
将scripts里面同步镜像的脚本拷贝至此处，并修改/etc/crontab从而使系统定时同步镜像
启动rsync server的方式
返回rsync状态的后端服务
log目录: /data/log tmp目录: /data/tmp
