Not protein coding, so no UniProt id.

Can look up author given id (or sequence?) at https://www.rnacentral.org/

PHI-base eg PHI:6247 BSR0441 Brucella melitensis
https://www.rnacentral.org/search?q=BSR0441
https://www.rnacentral.org/rna/URS0000AB9497/224914

Can this RNA central id be handled by PHI-Canto? @ValWood thought it could.

do we also want to record the mRNA targeted for silencing?

Probably yes - in PomBase we would put a targeted RNA ID in an extension.

Just to note - this came up again in the recent SAB meeting.

Just to note, @JonMWilkes has identified some P. aeruginosa groups working on small RNA which we could reach out to in the future for community curation.
