The High level term filter on the gene page sometimes includes annotations with no high level term.

For example, on the gene page for PHIG:253, if I filter by the high level term 'Unaffected pathogenicity'…

Then some of the annotations in the filtered set have no high level term. These annotations should have been excluded.

We agreed to defer fixing this since the high level term filter currently filters based on the phenotype groups, not the genotypes or metagenotypes. Changing the filter logic may be too much effort right now considering the low impact of the bug.
