Backup errors on v90

There are many errors discovered while working with the v90 branch:

1. tree is not installed by default (at least on my system) which leads to a silent failure and no apps listed to backup.
2. Backups fail with the following errors

This error happens for all of the apps. Still looking into this but it seems the rclone pathing is incorrect.
