  • We probably need to know the cost of venue and potential equipment rental (Introduce Venue #156).
  • We do need to know if any personnel require payment and how large their fee is.
  • Entry cost per team should be calculated based on information above divided by available slots, but this should be manually overridable.

Cannot calculate entry cost before we have information on lodging (#152), transportation and banquet per gymnast.
We want to cover the cost of the tournament and split the bill between all teams. It wont hurt if we manage to raise a bit of profit from it as well.

This means we need to collect all information from teams before we can present them with a bill.
