I reproduced the issue mentioned by Luke , the meme token shown multiple times on ios dev version 2.2.100(2).
The reproduced step is: (1) add custom token first (2)then buy it from pump.flow.

This issue already fixed in iOS dev version 2.2.10(13)

The custom token list is not repeating now.
