A lot of lag at the doors

Currently I am playing the FTB Stoneblock 2 modpack.

After building a large base, in which the FPS decreased a lot during the build, we have an insight that causes the lag. These are doors, fence gates and other type of doors like trapdoors. When i removed the doors the FPS increased. I made a backup of the whole server and started the server without the two Malisis mods (which can be found below). Without the mods, the FPS was even higher (because there were still a few doors in my base). I restored a backup and the FPS dropped dramatically again. How can I fix this without having to uninstall the mods? Is it possible to turn off the animations?
