[Feature Request] [Composite.Tools.PackageCreator] Improve the way to enable overwriting on data items

Currently, you can:

1. Add data of a certain global data type to a package.
2. Add individual data items to the package.

Both end up below two separate group folders: "Datatype items" (1) and "Data items" (2)

Besides, you can only enable overwriting for all the items below "Data items" by doing it on a single item. This is a bit misleading: configuring one item but actually configuring all of them in a bulk.

• At least, the overwrite feature management should be improved to be less misleading.

• At most, the data item management in the Package Creator should be improved (as suggested by Marcus):

This will give a common root - [Name of type] – so user has one single place to choose overwrite or not.
