[Edge] Forms are broken on wide screens

Prerequisites:

1. Have a wide screen resolution (e.g. 1920x1080)
2. Use the Venus starter site (or any other the comes with the Blog package already installed and default blog posts) for convenience
3. Open the C1 Console in Microsoft Edge

Steps:

1. Content > Websites > Venus Starter Site > Blog > Blog Entries > {Year Month}
2. Edit a blog post
3. On the "Settings" tab, check the layout of group boxes and fields within

Expected: Laid out correctly (2 group boxes in 2 columns each > Columns 1, 2)
Actual: A broken layout - The longer group box split between 2 columns (as if in Columns 2, 3, 4)
