Files are corrupt while downloading

I upload a file in a task when one of my colleague download the file, the file isn't open. But when I access the file through file manager, the file is perfectly execute. Mean file uploading don't have any issue but downloading have.

Also when I updated my profile picture, it show me a black picture in icon and in profile.
