make ctrl+alt+scroll change size of alt tool

When you use ctrl+scroll, both the alt and main tool change size. I think it would be nicer if ctrl+scroll changes the main tool size and ctrl+alt+scroll changes the alt tool size. You could also possibly add a checkbox in the settings to switch between changing both and having to use ctrl+alt+scroll to change the second.
