As for sharing data, our program at CSU does mainly edge of field monitoring to validate the effectiveness of agricultural BMPs on water quality. Our counterpart at CDA conducts statewide ground and surface water quality assessments. Their lab conducts water quality analysis for all of the major nutrients and 130 pesticides. Currently they are updating the database but it will soon be publicly available. I would encourage you to check back here in about 2 weeks or so.
