The Irrigated Lands South Platte dataset needs more work, including:

  1. The 1976 South Platte irrigated lands had processing errors.
  2. Need to intersect irrigated lands with total of ditch service areas AND district 3 boundary so that parcels irrigated only by ground water within the basin is included.
