This collection has been transferred and is now maintained directly by the European Commission’s Digital Services Terms and Conditions Database. That official database was launched in December 2023, and versions of the original Open Terms Archive collection have not been tracked since August 2024.
This repository is to be considered as a database only. You can find the documentation by following the link in the “About” section of this page.
Data in this repository is distributed under an ODC-BY 1.0 license. That means you are free to share (to copy, distribute and use the database), to create (to produce works from the database), to adapt (to modify, transform and build upon the database) as long as you attribute the resulting works to Open Terms Archive with contributions from Open Evidence.
