Currently the pdf output form does show the technique titles and it offers some rows as space for descriptions ("effect"). Sadly there are no descriptions. Since these techniques can be quite important and be governed by complex rules, it would be handy to have them printed on the pdf.
Pretty much the same as the spell descriptions.

The same applies to advantages / disadvantages.

Similar request as #240. Should investigate if this is possible.
