For certain blocks (such as the BigReactors access port) only 1 side is available as it is part of a multiblock structure, it would be nice to be able to interface with this side both via another mods cable (such as a AE2 cable with export bus), and as a peripheral, that was it is possible to determine the amount of fuel in the access port, as well as keeping it filled, perhaps this could be done by a remote peripheral proxy, which rather than using the block directly infront as a peripheral, it allows you to use the block 2 blocks infront as a peripheral. Perhaps to make it a more versatile block it allows you to access 8 or 16 blocks infront as peripherals, and then when you connected/disconnected it from the network it would actually connect/disconnect 8 or 16 peripherals at once, allowing for more compact cabling as well, Perhaps its recipe could be something such as 8 peripheral proxies around an ender pearl, which would fit nicely with it being able to proxy 8 blocks infront of it.
