Wrong cursor for disabled code section in guides

When a code section is disabled in a guide (for example, at the beginning of the guide before a user scrolls to a section that references the first file), the hover over cursor shows the click hand implying that an action will occur when a user clicks on the disabled section.
Also, the user can highlight the disabled text in the code blocks.
