✨ include additional command in next point release

Feature Request

in contrast to moon, we have been having to write some additional installation SLOCs to add commands on container create; this issue should help determine what commands we'd like to be included.

we should perhaps describe why and for what common uses we'd like to have each included — perhaps one command per-comment below (hopefully should be made for each)…

we should add the bat utility to the container
