'make install' failed in master branch

I follow 'readme' in master branch to build hevc,
but failed at last command 'make install',
error said "no rule to make target 'install'. Stop. "

I forgot you were speaking master branch.
master branch is rather old and not currently maintained.
Use hevc_rext instead.
