Ademe collects different GHGs emissions inventories of companies and municipalities in France.
The collected data, called BEGES database, is provided here: https://github.com/OpenGeoScales/CarbonData/tree/main/datasets/raw/ademe/beges

We need to explore the content of this dataset: schemas, values, descriptive statistrics and map it with our GHGs emissiosn data model.

We focus only on emissions from municipalities.

Data transformations and enrichements need to be identified (muncipalities codes, attributes, shape...)
