The account-gui and myconext-gui are outdated with regards to Svelte and Webpack. We will upgrade all dependencies and move away from webpack and use vite instead. Vite has support for svelte plugins. See https://github.com/OpenConext/OpenConext-myconext/tree/feature/node-migration
