Separate our Github organisations for dependencies and iron/zinc source

At the moment setting GITHUB_USERNAME will cause the build system to try and get everything from that github organisation. The most common setup for a developer is to get the dependencies from OpenCMISS but the iron/zinc source from their organisation. The GITHUB_USERNAME needs to be split into iron/zinc source username and other usernmae.
