Is there a better way to handle large list of beers in case of a beer shop ? (classify by country, colors etc.)

It would be great !
I'm open to any suggestion about how to deal with beers meta-info in OpenBeerMap.

maybe we can create a JSON schema ?
the + would be to able to generate a paper menu with the list of beers :)
