Feature request

Test OpenAdapt client on a few Windows environments with configurations as similar as possible to a typical office worker's machine:

  • Windows 10 or 11
  • 6+ CPU cores likely, 4 cores possible
  • 8Gb+ RAM likely, 4Gb possible
  • 256GB+ SSD likely, 500GB+ HDD possible
  • 2-3 monitors
  • Integrated graphics likely
  • 50Mb/s download and 10Mb/s upload internet likely
  • Machines are 3-5 years old, rarely 10 years old
  • Antivirus software likely (eg. Bitdefender)
  • Overloaded with applications running in parallel/background is possible

Motivation

OpenAdapt is targeting business users, so we should test on the most common configuration for a 5 year old machine (the depreciation length for computers).
