`NetObject$getMemberSignature()` - what is the expected behavior when no member is found for the given name? #69

Currently, if a member is not found, an empty character list is returned:

> testObj <- newObjectFromName(testClassName)
> testObj$getMemberSignature("set_PropertyIntegerOne")
[1] "Method: Void set_PropertyIntegerOne, Int32"

> testObj$getMemberSignature("foo")
character(0)

Instead, should an error be thrown?
