Project conversion for OSMOSES

We have:

• You only have one instance of SimulationSettings per-project.
  -- If only one, keep as the project simulation settings.
  -- If the project has multiple, only keep the first one, or keep the most use done.
• Do we have a module per simulation when importing(?)
• "Initial concentration" overwritten to 0 when creating a simulation from module from PK-Sim 11.2 OSPSuite.Core#2028
• Cannot open a v11.2 project in v12 #1073
• Error when trying to load a Simulation #1087
