ViewEngine Tracking Issue

The View Engine works together with the Entity Tracker. By default, the view engine assumes the view of the player that is to be seen by others. Important here is the AutoViewer which determines who is seen. If you want to influence the manual view, you have to deactivate it or overwrite the update rule
