Right now if pack refreshing fails, the mod will only report it in the server log, which is not very user friendly.

A better option would be if pack refreshing fails, the mod sends chat messages to moderators containing the error. Might also want to store the errors in a list so admins would also be notified on join.

Also have to make sure that the error messages are pretty user-friendly and understandable
