Teams Toolkit is allowing us to use env variables in the Teams/Microsoft 365 manifest file.
However, this doesn't seem to work in localization .json files used to localize a Teams app.
That would be useful, for example for the ${{APP_NAME_SUFFIX}} in the name.short property and its translations.
