Cost Estimation

I'm looking at the deployment guide and I can't tell which parts cost what.

We've got:

• 2 Azure AD applications
• Blob storage
• Table storage
• anything else?

Obviously there will be some variable cost (probably per function invocation and per image stored in blob storage) and some fixed costs (for each app?) but I don't know what else I'm not counting.
