Item with same key has already been added when getting multiple deployments #750

Trying to get latest deployments from a dashboard the following code throws error An item with same key has already been added.

        var dash = _octo.Dashboards.GetDashboard();
        var envs = _octo.Environments.GetAll().ToDictionary(x => x.Id);
        var deploymentIds = dash.Items.Select(x => x.DeploymentId).Distinct().ToArray();
        var deps = _octo.Deployments.Get(deploymentIds);
