Statuses in the Pipeline

General remark: For 01/09/2023, F03 notices that were transformed and PUBLISHED on 17/06/2024 they were then reloaded in the pipeline. The situation now is that SFTP contains the PUBLISHED Notices, however the metabase shows PREPROCESSED_FOR_TRANSFORMATION status see for example: 528131-2023 - Result - TED (europa.eu). As previously explained the statuses need to be clearly defined and all reasons for failure need to be clearly defined each reason having a clearly defined identifier.
