Service is stucked after expanding drop-down list

Expected Behavior

Spreadsheet cells with drop-down list should work

Actual Behavior

After clicking on a cell with drop-down list, service is stucked.
The interesting thing that the issue is reproduced in DocSpace.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open this file
2. Navigate to "J' column and click on any not empty cell
3. Try to choose any option from drop-down list
