script to clean index data from WB pink sheet and export a csv to output folder
output csv - "indices.csv" in output folder

csv will feed into flourish viz - https://app.flourish.studio/visualisation/9944098/edit

Optionally the function get_indices can filter for specific indices

Closes #15
