格式工厂

视频字幕添加工具

Time Machine（使用该软件需要一开始将文本换好行，通过格式工厂导入或放进视频编辑软件的字幕轨中）

小丸工具箱（压缩不降画质）

录制流程

录制视频 -> 录音 -> 剪辑音频、视频 -> 添加临时素材 -> 添加字幕 -> 压缩上传
