• message/issue/resolution_provider/respondent_info/organization/org/name: Is mismatched with bpp_id.
• message/issue/resolution_provider/respondent_info/organization/org/name: Is mismatched with the "domain" name.

• CONTEXT/MESSAGE_ID: Cannot be the same as context/message_id in the Issue call.
• message/issue/issue_actions/complainant_actions/0/updated_at/org/name: Is mismatched with the domain name.

• context/domain: should be logistics, you can't use the retail domain.
• "org_name": Organization's Name in /on_issue API at message/issue/issue_actions/respondent_actions/[3] is mismatched with BPP ID.
• "resolution_provider": When the latest respondent_action is "RESOLVED", the resolution_provider object is mandatory in the /on_issue_status API.
