MF - Switch, STP

Similar to Redemptions. Two items, two fulfilments (one is switch out scheme, another switch in scheme, fulfilment type will tell which is switch out and which is switch in). Switch out scheme item will contain details about amount/units of switch. After success, allocated object will come in both items specifying details about what is switched out and what is switched in. Switch out is like redemption, switch in is like purchase - quote object is also accordingly created. No payment object.
STP will work same as SIP/SWP

Open questions:

• here we are creating a dependency between two fulfilments. is that breaking any general definitions of the protocol?
