Loan Application broadcasting to lenders

Which API will broadcast the loan application to the lenders?
What details will be shared with the lenders?
What do we mean by Application creation? What data from the customer is being used to create the application?
Do the lenders first evaluate the details and then create applications or applications are created for all the users?
Post application creation, are we sending the Bank account details of all these users to all the lenders or some sort of logical mapping happens between the lender and the customer.
Can the lender reject some customers before accessing their Bank Statements?
