Add a usage property?

Consider adding an annotation property to describe how various datatype and object properties are used. For example, instead of attaching schema:telephone directly to a Person, attach it to a ContactPoint instead. Stuff like that.

This might be moot if we can generate JSON-LD output (which we can, with Karma). May not be able to answer this question until the WSPR project is further along.
