Items to be completed in support of Vocabulary in advance of the OHDSI Symposium

  • Demonstrate vocabulary structure and navigation principles (this could be adapted from existing OHDSI GIS Vocab docs)
  • Show how PM2.5 data is represented in backbone schema and exposure table
  • Address unit harmonization across international data sources

TODO:

Define pulmonary outcomes in terms of diagnsosis findings; preliminary work on defining concepts that will be used on the outcomes side

Define list of GIS Vocabulary elements to define point-polygon relationships

Can we stand up and maintain an OMOP Vocabulary database that developers (me you tim?) can access from now until at least the Symposium? We need a way to persist GIS vocabulary concept ids so that we can add them to data_source and variable_source records
