Add software tools to Neurotech Mindmap

It has a section on computational neuroscience, so we could add the various simulation tools there. Related to #61

Hey @sanjayankur31 so sorry about that, just saw this ticket today, I've been in my hometown for the past couple of months because of a family medical emergency, one of my family members needs an organ transplant so was occupied with that and work mostly, I'll look into this tonight and will close the ticket asap, I'm going back to Bangalore the beginning of next month and will be more active in the discussion from then on
