I follower delle nuove Fatture Elettroniche non seguono gli stessi sottotipi del canale SdI.

To Reproduce

Affected versions:

• 12.0: [FIX] I follower delle Fatture Elettroniche hanno sottotipi diversi dal canale SdI #2934
• 14.0
• 16.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Aggiungere un follower test al canale SdI
   (serve uno dei moduli che aggiungono canali SdI, tipo l10n_it_fatturapa_sdicoop)
2. Dai sottotipi del follower, rimuovere "E-fattura ricevuta"
3. Ricevere una FE

Expected behavior
Il follower test non viene notificato e non è follower della FE creata

Additional context
Il sistema di notifiche è stato introdotto in #2884
