Block trampling should be fully decoupled from block breakage

In #14, a separate event for block trampling was added. However, the block break event is still invoked for block trampling:

When other breaking changes are made, this behavioral change should be made. If Plasmid or Leukocyte do not receive breaking changes at the same time, their respective rules should reapply the old behavior.
