Could I ask a few questions about this

I thought the website was dead so I made my school project make an updated version of this website. I would love to learn more basic things as I have a programming background. If possible I would love to commission on how you run code on local for testing. I haven't used docker or node but I have it downloaded. Again would love to learn.

it isn't much but this is what I worked on so far and I did it only by manually altering the code via a text editor such as notepad++.
